She has extensive senior leadership experience, both in a local authority and as a senior leader in secondary schools. She understands what it takes to inspire colleagues to meet and exceed targets through times of shifting policy and financial constraint. She has a strong track record in school improvement, strategy development and leading change.
Alison is a calm and reflective coach who quickly builds trust and rapport with clients and works in partnership with them to achieve their goals.
