Who we are

Fulcrum Learning was founded in 2014 with a vision of serving schools and communities. Since then, we have worked to be a force for good in education across the South-East and London and have recently expanded our services into West Sussex and Surrey. Our core activities include: the leadership and management of NQT provision; the leadership and management of networks of schools; the provision of CPD for education professionals of all phases. In addition to these core activities, we also promote professional learning through social media, contribute to wider professional networks, develop coaching materials, undertake consultancy and research. We sponsor educational organisations both locally and internationally and are proud to be corporate sponsors of the De La Warr Pavilion.

Our ethos is of professional service and quality. Our team strives to be respectful, loyal and cheerful and to make a positive contribution in every activity that we undertake.

We look forward to hearing from you!
